The United Kingdom supports sanctions against Russia until the Minsk peace agreements on Donbas have been fully implemented, British Prime Minister Theresa May has said.

“We will continue to press for sanctions to remain until the whole Minsk agreement is fully implemented,” May said before talks with Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko in London on April 19.

May said her country does not recognize the annexation of Ukraine’s Crimea by Russia and condemns Russian aggression in the east of Ukraine.

She also said that her country supports the reforms conducted by Ukraine.
