Canadian National Defense Minister Harjit Singh Sajjan will pay a visit to Kyiv on September 26, Ukrainian Defense Minister Stepan Poltorak said.
“I am glad that the Canadian defense minister will arrive in Ukraine tomorrow to discuss the prospects of further bilateral cooperation,” Poltorak said at a meeting with members of the Standing Committee on National Defense of the Canadian House of Commons on September 25.
“A full understanding with Canadian colleagues” has been reached, in particular, “on how to move forward,” he said.
The Ukrainian Defense Ministry reported about the meeting.
