You're reading: CEC registers 755 official observers at Ukraine’s snap parliamentary elections

The Central Election Commission (CEC) on July 10 registered 157 official observers from foreign states and international organizations in the snap parliamentary elections of Ukraine on July 21, 2019.

According to the CEC media relations department, in particular, one official observer is registered from the Slovak Republic, four observers from Japan, 27 from the International Republican Institute (IRI), 125 from the international non-governmental organization CANADEM.

In total, as of July 11, the CEC registered 755 official observers in the extraordinary parliamentary elections. In particular, 56 people from nine foreign countries, 699 people from 13 international organizations.
