European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) President Suma Chakrabarti has said the EBRD intends to strengthen its support for Ukraine.
At a meeting of the EBRD’s Board of Directors with the participation of Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman in London on Wednesday Chakrabarti said the EBRD supports Ukraine in the implementation of reforms and will help the country through investment.
He also expressed the belief the EBRD will soon strengthen its support for Ukraine.
According to Chakrabarti, the bank understands the sacrifices Ukrainians have to make for the sake of reforms.
For his part, Groysman thanked the EBRD for its systematic support of Ukraine in difficult time.
