You're reading: Competition agency permits Fedorovych to build up controlling stake in Skela Tercium gas trader

Ukraine’s Antimonopoly Committee on December 16, 2016 permitted Yevhenia Fedorovych to build up a more than 50% stake in gas trader Skela Tercium LLC, the committee’s press service has reported.

According to the unified register, Fedorovych holds 75% of shares in Skela Tercium. The rest of the shares belong to Serhiy Nepomniaschy. Earlier Nepomniaschy held 75% and Fedorovych 25%.

According to sources of Interfax-Ukraine, Skela Tercium is affiliated with businessman Serhiy Belashov (the co-owner of Ukrainian Capital bank).

In January-September 2016 Skela Tercium was sixth in volumes of imported natural gas to Ukraine with 147.7 million cubic meters.
