The Trilateral Contact Group for the settlement of the Donbas crisis has agreed to ensure the complete access for monitors of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) throughout Ukraine in accordance with its mandate, especially with its technical equipment.
“(The sides) commit themselves to provide the complete and safe access for the OSCE SMM throughout Ukraine in line with its mandate for monitoring and verification carried out by it, in particular, using its technical means,” Darka Olifer, spokesperson of second Ukrainian President and Kyiv’s TCG envoy Leonid Kuchma, wrote on Facebook following the TCG meeting on Wednesday.
