The court has taken a decision on the sentencing to Roman Nasirov, head of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, who was discharged from his duties.
“Solomyansky District Court of Kyiv has chosen a pretrial restriction for the suspended chief of the State Fiscal Service, Roman Nasirov, in the form of arrest for 60 days and levied a bail of Hr 100 million,” Ukrayinska Pravda reports.
As reported, since March 4 evening Solomyansky district court had been intermittently hearing the motion for choosing a preventive measure for Nasirov.
