Court finds dismissal of Bochkovsky as head of State Emergencies Service to be illegal

The Kyiv District Administrative Court has recognized as unlawful and quashed the Cabinet of Ministers’ resolution to dismiss Serhiy Bochkovsky from the post of head of the State Emergencies Service of Ukraine.

By its ruling issued on Thursday, the court reinstated Bochkovsky in office from March 25, 2015, an Interfax-Ukraine correspondent reported.
