MOSCOW – Moscow’s Basmanny court has extended the arrest of 12 pieces of property belonging to Roshen Corporation, which belongs to Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko.

The property belongs to OJSC Roshen Lipetsk Confectionery Plant.

“On the motion of investigators, the arrest of 12 pieces of property has been extended until Dec. 13,” the court’s press service told the Moscow-based Interfax news agency on Sept. 13.

A warehouse, four production areas, an auxiliary building, as well as seven land plots measuring more than 700,000 square meters are included in the court order, which allows the plant to use the facilities, but forbids the property be sold or rented.
