“The defense lawyer’s petition to change the measure of restraint for accused Antonenko (…) from custody to personal obligations to leave without approval,” according to Shevchenkivsky District Court’s ruling on Sept. 28 evening.

The court read out the operative part of the ruling; an appeal against this decision can be filed within seven days.

The next court hearing on charges against Antonenko, Yulia Kuzmenko and Yana Duhar in the murder of journalist Pavlo Sheremet will take place on October 8 at 14:30.

It is expected that at the next hearing the court will hear the statements of the parties, as well as the opinions of the participants in the process on the procedure for examining the evidence.
