You're reading: Court opens case on bankruptcy of Dniproavia

The Economic Court of Dnipropetrovsk region on Nov. 13 initiated a case on the bankruptcy of PJSC Dniproavia (Dnipro).

According to a report on the website of the Higher Economic Court of Ukraine, Viktoria Kundas has been appointed property administrator. The deadline for submitting creditors’ claims to the debtor is 30 days after the official announcement.

In addition, today the company has no longer aircraft. If earlier it was reported that some planes were transferred to Windrose and Dniproavia had two Embraer aircraft, then according to the aircraft register as of Nov. 15 the company did not have a single aircraft, while Windrose operated seven Embraer-145s previously used by Dniproavia.

As reported, the same court in September 2016 on the lawsuit of Ukrtatnafta ruled to recover a Hr 163 million debt from Dniproavia.
