Ukraine has identified 920 new COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours as of 9 a.m. on July 26.

The largest numbers of new cases were registered in Lviv Oblast (130), Kyiv (95), Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast (88), Rivne Oblast (81) and Zakarpattia Oblast (67).

The total number of infections identified in Ukraine since the start of the pandemic stands at 64,849. A total of 35,807 people have recovered and 1,605 have died of the disease.

Of all cases registered in Ukraine in the past 24 hours, 67 are children and 63 are medical workers.

In the past 24 hours, Ukraine has recorded 15 deaths from COVID-19, 174 patients have been hospitalized and 310 have recovered.

In total, 12,559 polymerase chain reaction (PCR) tests were administered across the country during the past 24 hours. In addition, Ukrainian laboratories carried out 5,158 antibody tests (ELISA), Health Minister Maksym Stepanov said at his morning briefing on July 26.
