Snap election
- The Constitutional Court approves the dissolution of the parliament. This means the snap parliamentary elections are legitimate and will take place on July 21.

President moves
- President Zelensky might move the Presidential Administration to the Ukrainian House in central Kyiv. His current office on Bankova Street, where all the previous Ukrainian presidents have worked, would then become a museum.
Attack on journalist
- Cherkasy-based journalist Vadym Komarov died. He had been in a coma after being severely beaten on May 4. Journalists believe he was targeted for assassination because of his investigative journalism.
Sports news
- Ukrainian footballer Oleksandr Zinchenko has signed a three-year extension to his contract at Manchester City, the Premier League champions. The new contract will keep him at the club until 2024.
