The OSCE’s latest reports show that Russia is deploying advanced electronic warfare systems in the Donbas, stockpiling weapons and ammunition, and sending convoys of military trucks between Ukraine and Russia in the dead of night across a section of border Russia controls.
The Ukrainian port city of Odesa is run by a clique of businessmen with shady pasts and connections, with unchecked powers and, it appears, with the blessing of President Petro Poroshenko and other Kyiv powerbrokers to do as they please.
Once a picturesque fishing village on the coast of the Azov Sea, Shyrokyne became the site of intense fighting in Russia’s war against Ukraine in September 2014, February 2015 and May 2015.
