Head of the election headquarters of the presidential candidate of Ukraine, leader of the Civil Position Party Anatoliy Hrytsenko, independent deputy, Viktor Chumak, has said that wiretapping devices were found in their headquarters, and therefore, called on other candidates to be vigilant.

“I want to show you … These are five devices that were found at the headquarters of presidential candidate Anatoliy Stepanovych Hrytsenko. These are starting devices that trigger video or audio recording of all devices that can be indoors,” Chumak said, speaking at a plenary session of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Feb. 6.

The MP showed the found devices.

He expressed doubt that they could be installed by private security structures and admitted that this would not have happened without state intervention.

“I would like to turn to the headquarters of all presidential candidates, with the exception of the current one, because he is guarded by a bunch of special services that check everything around him, to check everything that is around you,” Chumak said.
