Diamantbank (Kyiv) Board Chairman Oleh Khodachuk connects the insolvency of the bank with the detention of the bank shareholder, former MP Mykola Martynenko.

“But the last shot was the arrest of bank shareholder Mykola Martynenko [Martynenko was detained on April 20 and then released under the personal guarantee of a number of people’s deputies.] The irresponsibility of regulatory and law enforcement authorities in this regard led to panic among the clients and, as a result, the introduction of temporary administration,” Khodachuk wrote on his Facebook page.
