The opening of an office center as part of the reconstruction of the Piramida shopping center in Kyiv is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2021, the press service of Dragon Capital has said.

“A new professional business center is a necessity for the densely populated Darnytsia district (about 350,000 people), especially within the shopping center and near the metro exit. Retailers in such a shopping center will also benefit – office residents provide stable and guaranteed traffic to stores. Everyone benefits from such synergy – the developer, the retailers, and the residents of the business center,” Commercial Director of Dragon Capital Property Management Natalia Kravets said.

The area of the six-story office center will be 5,300 square meters. The facility will be connected to the shopping center by a passage on the second floor. The ground floor will also house a restaurant and a separate lobby for access to the office floors.

After the reconstruction, which began in early 2020, the area of the Piramida shopping center will expand by 20%, to 20,600 square meters, of which 15,500 square meters of lettable area.
