You're reading: E-declarations of military prosecutor’s office employees temporarily closed for public

The electronic declarations of property and income of some officials of the military prosecutor’s office were temporarily withdrawn from the registry of electronic declarations based on a relevant decision about the application of special security measures, according to a report on the page of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NAPC) on Facebook published on April 14.

The declarations were withdrawn based on a decision to apply special security measures for these employees and their relatives in accordance with Articles 10, 13, and 14 of the law on the state protection of personnel of courts and law enforcement agencies, namely a resolution by Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine – Chief Military Prosecutor Anatoliy Matios.

“Such measures are temporary. These declarations are kept in the database of the registry and are available for verification,” the anti-corruption agency stresses.
