Ukraine should intensify the implementation of reforms, which remains rather slow. President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) Suma Chakrabarti said this at the 14th Annual Meeting of the Yalta European Strategy (YES) in Kyiv on Sept. 15, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
