Moscow shall allocate over 900 billion rubles ($12.4 billion) in 2022-2024 over the next three years to financially back the territories of Donbas occupied by Russia under the national “Program for Accelerated Socio-Economic Development of Territories for 2022-2024” that became available to RFE/RL’s Ukrainian Service.
