Former Justice Minister of Ukraine of Viktor Yanukovych’s team Olena Lukash has been summoned for interrogation to the Prosecutor General’s Office (PGO) on October 17.

The relevant information is contained in the subpoena, a scanned copy of which Lukash posted on her Facebook page.

The subpoena indicates that the ex-minister is called to the senior investigator for particularly important cases of the Prosecutor General’s Office, Yuriy Kryvobok, “to conduct investigative and procedural actions, namely, to notify about a change in the previously reported suspicion and interrogation as a suspect” as part of the criminal investigation opened May 20, 2014, of the year.

Lukash commented on this subpoena, making it clear that she would come for interrogation, and assuring that she is not leaving the country. “Feeling an irresistible desire to help the PGO and its new leadership, I inform you that I will come and speak more often than you would like… I am not going anywhere… I don’t have to go to court for sanctions, I will open everything… I am ready for everything, always ready to be contacted… Even here in the comments, “she wrote.

Criminal proceedings against Lukash opened in 2014. She is suspected of embezzlement and official forgery.
