Arseniy Yatsenyuk, the leader of the Popular Front party and former prime minister, believes the time has come to abrogate visa-free travel between Ukraine and Russia.

“The parliamentary speaker and our faction have spoken in favor of introducing visas with the Russian Federation. I said in April 2014 that this decision had to be made, but that we had to measure seven times and then cut once. Now the time has come to cut, and we need to cut,” Yatsenyuk told journalists on Tuesday, after being questioned at the Prosecutor General’s Office regarding crimes against Maidan activists in 2014.
