Dear readers, friends, and supporters of Kyiv Post,
The barbaric broad-ranging Russian assault on Ukraine has placed the country and its capital in grave danger. Despite the heroic resistance of Ukraine’s defense forces and the population generally, it is becoming very difficult for us to remain operational at the normal level.
Our site has been under periodic cyber-attack; some of our team have had to seek safety outside of Kyiv or be evacuated; others have to frequently shelter from missile strikes. Communication and logistics are increasingly difficult. The safety of our team remains of paramount concern.
Because of this, Kyiv Post will be restricting its coverage on its main site to the most urgent and pertinent items. In the meantime, we will continue trying to bring you the latest reliable and comprehensive information on our social media pages – on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
These are challenging and dangerous times for all of us but we at Kyiv Post are aware of our responsibility. To play our role, along with colleagues in other independent media, in the defense of Ukraine and towards its ultimate emergence from this nightmare imposed on us by the madman and war criminal in the Kremlin.
