Ukrainian billionaire Rinat Akhmetov has bought a €200m home on the French Riviera from the Campari group, the latest purchase in a property portfolio that also includes a £137m apartment in London’s One Hyde Park.

Rinat Akhmetov is now worth an estimated $12.2 billion and still Ukraine’s richest man by far. He has increased his wealth by 76 percent, or $5.3 billion, over the last year.
