Financial Times: Biden tries to reassure Ukraine about US support

Joe Biden, the outgoing US vice-president, tried to reassure Ukraine of continued American support in the face of Russian aggression as he made a farewell visit to Kyiv on Jan. 16.

Mr Biden’s comments come just days before Donald Trump, who has raised eyebrows with his Moscow-friendly comments, takes over as US president.
