You're reading: Five directorates under Health Ministry to operate as part of public administration reform

There will be five directorates in Ukraine’s Health Ministry within the framework of the public administration reform, Acting Health Minister of Ukraine Ulana Suprun said on her Facebook page.

Among the new structural units that will be created in the ministry, in addition to the Directorate of Strategic Planning and European Integration – the Directorate of Public Health, Medical Services, the Pharmaceutical Directorate, the Directorate of Medical Education, Human Resources and Science will be established under the Health Ministry.

“Our team is extremely interested in strengthening the ministry for the success of medical reform and will make maximum efforts for prompt and maximum detailed communication of all sides of this process,” Suprun wrote.

As reported, on August 18, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the establishment of directorates within the framework of the governmental reform consisting of ten ministries and the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers.
