A resident of Holubivka in Luhansk region belonging to the so-called 2nd Army Corps of the territories of Luhansk oblast, which are not under the control of Ukrainian government, was sentenced to five years in jail. The suspect served at separatists checkpoints.

“The criminal was captured trying to cross into territory controlled by Ukrainian forces,” the SBU said.

A three-year prison term was given to an militant informer, and two saboteurs were sentenced to two years in jail for violating Part 1 of Article 258-3 (creating a terrorist group) of Ukraine’s Criminal Code.
