Globe and Mail: Russia blocks three Ukrainian navy ships from entering Sea of Azov near Crimea

Russia stopped three Ukrainian navy vessels from entering the Sea of Azov via the Kerch Strait on Nov. 25 by placing a huge cargo ship beneath a Russian-controlled bridge, with officials from both countries accusing the other of provocative behavior.
