“We need to develop a strategy for the development of Ukrainian roads, identify the resource that we need for its implementation, stages of work required – we have to do it before the end of this year,” Groysman said.

As reported, the participants of the meeting discussed the main directions of motorways development strategy for 2016 to 2018, as well as the possibility of funding through the revision of the current package of World Bank projects not being used efficiently.

Groysman spoke out in favor of the finalization of the strategy until December 1 and the beginning of its first phase implementation from April 1 of the next year.

He also proposed to increase the level of the working group to the level of Vice Prime Minister.
