I congratulate the entire team of the ProZorro public e-procurement system, the Economic Development and Trade Ministry of Ukraine and personally Maksym Nefyodov [First Deputy Economic Development and Trade Minister] on this. I wish you further growth!” Groysman wrote on his Facebook page on August 1.

In April 2016, the first phase of the introduction of the ProZorro system was launched. From August 1, 2016, the use of the system became obligatory for state-sustained customers. Above-threshold tenders are tenders which sums exceed the costs set in Ukrainian legislation.
