You're reading: Groysman sells Hr 8 million worth of property to his wife’s company

Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman has received Hr 8.03 million from selling property, according to a report in the unified register of declarations.

The property was sold to Magigrand LLC (Vinnytsia), the key owner of which is his wide Olena Groysman.

Other details of the deal are not disclosed.

According to the register of companies, Magigrand was founded in April 2008. Its charter capital is Hr 262,500. Groysman holds 80 percent and company director Dmytro Nemersky – 20 percent. Nemersky has headed the company since July 2016.

Magigrand saw a 91.1 percent rise in net loss in 2015, to Hr 1.28 million and revenue grew by 14 percent, to Hr 17.43 million.

According to a website of the company, Magigrand is a trade and servicing complex in Vinnytsia.
