During the day on August 17, a total of 118,594 people were vaccinated against coronavirus in Ukraine, some 58,441 Ukrainians received the first vaccination, another 60,153 completed the immunization process, receiving both doses of the vaccine, according to the press service of the Ministry of Health in Telegram channel on August 18.
“Some 839 mobile teams, 2,797 vaccination points, 317 vaccination centers worked during the day,” the report said.
The Ministry of Health reported that since the beginning of the vaccination campaign, 4,851,541 people have been vaccinated, of whom 4,581,539 received one dose, while 2,851,458 people received two doses and are fully immunized (two of them received one dose abroad).
“A total of 7,702,997 vaccinations were performed,” the report said.
