There are chances of a prisoner exchange happening before the New Year, as was announced following the Minsk negotiations on Dec. 23. But no final agreements have been made. Final lists are now being made, which both parties must agree to. The latest data that is publicly talked about: Russia-controlled pseudo-authorities in Donetsk Oblast are prepared to hand over 53 people to Ukraine, while the Luhansk separatists up to 30 people.
