Head of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) Vasyl Hrytsak declares his readiness to give more than 200 people in exchange for Ukrainian hostages.
“When will an exchange take place? I want it to take place today or tomorrow. We are prepared for the exchange. I will tell you the truth: we are ready to swap more than 200 persons who expressed such a desire […] We are ready to do this as soon as possible,” Hrytsak told journalists in Kyiv on May 25.
He said, “We are ready to go the length of it and the president is ready to sign a decree [pardon decree] to take our prisoners back.”
