IBE Trade Corp. (the United States) and Amjad Investments (the UAE) are interested in the purchase of PJSC Odesa port-side chemical plant, according to the bulletin of the National Commission on Securities and the Stock Market.
IBE Trade belongs to Alex Rovt. It is engaged in manufacturing and trade in fertilizers. It is headquartered in New York and has offices in Budapest, Moscow, Kyiv, Odesa, and Uzhgorod. According to IBE Trade, it has manufacturing facilities in Russia and Ukraine.
Amjad Investments, headquartered in Dubai, is engaged in investment activities.
As reported, PJSC Ukrnaftoburinnia (associated with Ihor Kolomoisky and Vitaliy Khomutynnyk) and Cypriot Glenshee Holdings Ltd (associated with Oleksandr Yaroslavsky) are also interested in the purchase of the plant.
State-owned Odesa port-side chemical plant produces chemical goods. It is engaged in transshipment of ammonia by sea.
