The embassy also said that in the report of the police and rescuers who arrived at the scene of the tragedy on January 15, it is noted that a teenager of Ukrainian descent had intense bleeding from the head.

“On the same evening, the police found a hammer thrown into a flower pot, as well as several iron rods at the scene of the crime. To refute the information that was circulated in the press, the police report did not say that the victim had a screwdriver. In addition, the police said, that the injured young man has no criminal record and was not known to local law enforcement officers, as some media reported earlier,” the Ukrainian embassy said.
