Ambassador of Japan to Ukraine Shigeki Sumi has said about continued support of Ukraine in the way of reforms, but noted the existence of a conflict around anti-corruption bodies, which causes concern.

“Japan continues supporting reforms in Ukraine as the main donor country. I am happy to note the achievements in many reforms, but interdepartmental conflicts on fighting corruption are our main concern, and I should note this,” the ambassador said in a statement.
