Between 07:00 and 18:00 (Kyiv time) of Wednesday, militants continued armed provocations against Ukrainian troops in Donbas, violating the ceasefire regime 12 times, as a result of which three soldiers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were killed in action (KIA) and another one was injured in action (WIA), the press center of the Joint Forces Operations (JFO) Staff has reported.
“In the Mariupol sector, hostilities were conducted in the vicinity of Lebedynske, Vodiane, Hnutove and Talakivka, where the enemy used grenade launchers and small arms against our defenders. Militants fired on our strongholds near Bohdanivka using 122-mm artillery shells. Three Ukrainian servicemen received wounds incompatible with life. As a result of active fighting in the area of Vodiane, one more defender of Ukraine was injured,” JFO’s report reads posted on Facebook.
