Tank units of the Joint Forces’ combined arms reserve unit have conducted a military exercise in Donbas, according to the press service of Ukraine’s Ground Forces.

“The objective of the military maneuvers was to maintain a high level of readiness to respond to a possible breakthrough by the enemy. Although tanks were removed from the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) area, there is always the threat of a tank breakthrough,” it said.

The combined arms reserve conducts drills regularly, the press service said. During the latest exercise, personnel practiced different forms and modes of operation within a brigade.
