The leaders of the Normandy format countries (France, Germany, Russia, Ukraine) will have a telephone conversation in the near future, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin said.
“I know that a telephone conversation is planned very soon, in the near future. The objective of this telephone conversation is to discuss security issues and the liberation of hostages,” Klimkin said in Kyiv on August 22, when asked by Interfax-Ukraine whether a meeting between the leaders of the Normandy format countries was possible.
