Foreign Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin will visit the EU and NATO institutions in Brussels on March 18-19.

“Within the framework of the visit, the minister is scheduled to attend the meeting in the format of the “Ukraine + Group of Friends of Ukraine in the EU” at the level of the foreign ministers of the EU member states with the participation of the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini,” the press service of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry reported on March 18.

The program provides for meetings between the minister and the First Vice-President of the European Commission Better Regulation, Interinstitutional Relations, the Rule of Law and the Charter of Fundamental Rights, EU Commissioner for European Neighborhood Policy and Expansion Talks Johannes Hahn, and individual EU foreign ministers.

Klimkin will take part in the public event of the Center for European Policy (EPC) “Building a Secure and Resilient Ukraine: Progress and Challenges.”

During his visit to Brussels, the Ukrainian Foreign Minister will also meet with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg.
