Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko will pay a working visit to Germany on March 22-23.
According to the press service of the mayor, in Berlin Klitschko will meet with State Secretary at the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Building and Nuclear Safety of Germany Gunther Adler, State Secretary at the Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure of Germany Rainer Bomba, member of the European Parliament, Head of the European Parliament’s Foreign Affairs Committee Elmar Brok.
The Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure plans to sign a Memorandum between the Kyiv City State Administration and the German company ATENE on cooperation in digitalization. The aim of the cooperation is the further introduction of urban projects in the Smart City system for the comfort and safety of the residents of the Ukrainian capital.
In Rosenau, in the north of Germany, the mayor of Kyiv will visit one of the most modern enterprises for processing solid household waste to study modern technologies of garbage processing.
Besides, in Berlin, Klitschko together with Brok will take part in the panel discussion “Ukraine: Captured by Crisis?”
