A meeting of the Trilateral Contact Group (TCG) on the settlement of the situation in Donbas has begun in Minsk (Belarus), Darka Olifer, spokesperson for Trilateral Contact Group representative Leonid Kuchma has said.
“A Trilateral Contact Group meeting has begun in Minsk,” she wrote on her Facebook page on August 23 afternoon.
