You're reading: Kyiv reports 15 shelling of Ukrainian troops’ positions in Donbas

The positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Donbas were shelled from weapons prohibited by the Minsk Agreements, including heavy artillery, throughout Nov. 17, the Kyiv press center for the military operation headquarters said.

The separatists carried out 15 shellings of the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces from midnight to 6.00 p.m. on Nov. 17, the report as of 6.00 p.m. on Nov. 17 posted by the press center on Facebook said.

The militants fired at Shyrokyne from 152mm and 122mm artillery, and “a tank also shelled our positions there,” the press center said. Pisky, Orikhove, Berdyanske, Vodyane and Krasnohorivka were shelled from mortars.

“Novotroitske, Avdiyivka and Krymske [were shelled] from grenade launchers and small arms,” the press center said.
