The Ukrainian military men in Donbas recorded 25 instances of gunfire at their positions between midnight and 6 p.m., according to the press center for the headquarters of the military operation taking place in eastern Ukraine.

“There were 16 shell attacks in the Mariupol area. A hostile sniper operated in the Krasnohorivka area. During provocations near Pavlopil, the separatists used grenade launchers, 120 millimeter mortars were used in Taramchuk, while Shyrokyne and Talakivka were attacked with machineguns, grenades and mortars of both calibers,” the press center said on Facebook on Nov. 2 evening.

In the Donetsk area, the ceasefire was violated five times, according to the statement. Grenades, machineguns and small arms were fired towards Ukrainian positions near Novhorodske, as well as Avdiyivka where 82 millimeter mortars were also used. Mortars and infantry fighting vehicle weapons were fired at Ukrainian military positions near Troyitske.

Four armed provocations were recorded in the Luhansk area, with small arms fired at Ukrainian troops near Novo-Oleksandrivka, grenades in Triohizbionka, and mortars used in Krymske.
