The positions of Ukrainian forces were shelled 11 times in Donbas on Dec. 8, the Kyiv headquarters press center said on its Facebook page.

On Dec. 8 morning, the pro-Russia separatists shelled Ukrainian positions near the town of Pisky in the Donetsk sector. Later instances of shelling from mortars, grenade launchers, weapons mounted on infantry fighting vehicles, as well as small arms, were recorded in the Mariupol sector.

Shyrokyne, Talakivka, Maryinka all came under fire. Fire was opened four times on the village of Vodiane. A sniper fired on Maryinka, the headquarters said.
