You're reading: Kyiv’s appeals court upholds Nasirov’s detention with Hr 100 million bail alternative

Kyiv’s Appeals Court has left unchanged a ruling taken by Kyiv’s Solomyansky district court on two-month detention of State Fiscal Service Chairman Roman Nasirov, who has been temporarily removed from his duties.

A respective decision was taken by the panel of judges on March 13, an Interfax-Ukraine correspondent reported.

The appeals court also supported that Nasirov could be granted Hr 100 million bail.

Nasirov is facing charges of embezzlement.
