You're reading: Kyivvodokanal to pay Hr 11.3 million of dividends for 2017 to shareholders

Private joint-stock company Kyivvodokanal will pay Hr 11.297 million of dividends to its shareholders for 2017.

According to a company report published on Wednesday, the decision was made by the company’s shareholders.

The dividends will be paid from June 11 through October 27, 2018.

As reported, Kyivvodokanal saw a 2.8-fold rise in net profit in 2017, to Hr 112.9 million.

Kyivvodokanal was established in 2001 by the transformation of the state municipal association of the same name, established in 1992 on the basis of the Kyiv Production Department of the water and sewerage system, founded in 1977.

Kyivvodokanal provides water supply and sewage services. In April 2018, the structure of the company included a head office and 16 divisions.
