Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and his Ukrainian counterpart Pavlo Klimkin are holding their first bilateral talks on the sidelines of the OSCE ministerial meeting in Vienna, an Interfax correspondent reported.
The meeting is taking place behind closed doors. The two ministers previously met in the so-called Normandy format. Thus, the current meeting is their first outside that format.
