The meetings of the Normandy-format foreign ministers will look like a caricature unless the problems of Stanytsia Luhanska and the special status of Donbas are solved, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Tuesday.
“I am confident that new ministerial meetings will look like some kind caricature unless we deal with those two litmus tests, Stanytsia Luhanska and the Steinmeier formula,” Lavrov said.
